1. Fetal Position
Approximately 40 percent of people find that the fetal position is the most comfortable, making it the most common sleeping posture. Thus, it may surprise you to know that it’s not a comfortable position to be in. It leads to back pain and damaged joints. Your shoulders and neck should stay aligned while you sleep, but this sleeping position isn’t conducive to it.
