Healthy Eating Can Be Juicing Too!

Most people think of fresh vegetables and lean meat whenever the term ‘healthy eating’ is mentioned. Their mind conjures up images of foods that are grilled or boiled… and if you’re addicted to junk food and/or processed food, you’ll feel a natural aversion to the healthy foods.

The thought of crunching on a carrot or munching on some broccoli may make you gag. Nooo… you want fries, pizza, cookies, etc. Don’t feel guilty. This is the norm and most people are hooked on unhealthy food. This is why obesity is so prevalent these days.

It’s also interesting to note that juices are more easily assimilated into the body. Unlike solid foods that need to be digested and processed, juices are broken down much faster in the body and the nutrients are absorbed by your system much quicker.

So, juicing is actually a better way to deliver nutrients to your body than eating. You don’t need to stop eating… but do include juicing in your lifestyle too.
